Cancellations are free of charge up to seven days before arrival. If canceled later or in case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

When booking online, payment can be made conveniently by debit or credit card. When paying on site, we also only accept card payments.

Free parking spaces are available for our guests directly at the hotel.

Our guests enjoy free Wi-Fi in all Falcon Suites for a pleasant stay.

Pets are welcome and can be added during the booking process. Please note that there is an additional cleaning fee, the amount of which will be displayed at the time of booking and depends on the length of stay.

We are happy to arrange an airport shuttle for you on request - for your arrival and departure to Salzburg Airport.
